Any one know whst this means?

Yeah I had a read of that site very interesting. No symptoms as of yet but I'm trying to be more positive about things now. Usually I think there's no point getting optimistic cos it ain't gonna happen, so I've been advised to think positive and I am, I hope it works . Spent the day with my sister and nearly 2 year old neice, it was lovely. I even pushed her in the stroller down to the supermarket to have dinner and it felt so good, and I thought 'that could me in 37 weeks.
