Organising a school reunion...

I've just set up a school reunion group on facebook but i'm lacking any organisational skills. I was wondering if any of you had hints and tips and how best to go about this type of thing?

Do a date, time and place and gauge interest for a meet up, see how many people are interested?

God Id love to have a reunion of my old skool crew in the near future lol
