Opk please help!!

Hi, I’ve been ttc since March. Been trying the keep it chill route but decided this month I’d try using opks. Problem is they are never positive I assumed I’d ovulate on day 14 as I have a 28 day cycle but nothing all my lines are faint I’ve attached an image below. If anyone could
Help or give me any advise it would be really appreciated. Am I not ovulating? Should I see how it is next month?

It doesn’t look like you’re ovulating, but I’m not experienced in these tests so maybe someone else could help you more. I’ve literally only just started to use them myself. Sorry not much use, or perhaps a dodgy batch? Maybe try another brand.

Maybe you ovulate later lovely, you definitely haven’t yet. Keep going. Remember to stop drinking a couple of hours before taking test. Also a few days you’ve taken it far too early. Only test between 11am and 8pm lovely. Never use first morning urine either.

Yeah I think I’m going to try the easy at home next cycle they are cheap so maybe it’s them who knows

I don’t use fmu that’s kind of the only thing I know not to do with opks, I’m going to keep testing and hopefully I get my peak

Defiantly going to keep testing, but when do I stop? If I don’t see a rise in a week surely theirs no point in testing after that?

I think I may just be ovulating late!! I took my usual one I would take this afternoon and it’s definitely darker than any of the rest, I’ve attached an image. I’m guessing this is a good sign that ovulation is coming? X

This would still be classed as a negative hun I would keep testing. a 28 day cycle is no guarantee you ovulate on CD 14 that's just a very very broad assumption most apps use based on average women's cycles.
A good indication is also looking for changes in discharge when you start to get watery or egg white CM combined with opk lines getting darker then it's a good indication OV is nearing so you can try testing again later in the day.

Yeah that was definitely negative I was just glad it was getting darker I got my peak today on cd16, didn’t get any high lh before hand but I think my peak started in the night as I didn’t have a full day of peak my last opk of the night was negative I’ve attached a photo x

I never knew this, why not before 8am and why not fmu?

Because you’ll always have a level of LH in the morning. So FMU is useless, which is why they say test between 11 and 8. Hope that helps xx
