So I'm almost 35 weeks.
I've given no thought to labour or the birth, read nothing, done nothing.
Its about time I finally started doing some research and get myself prepared. My attitudes been, its got to happen, why worry. I've not been anxious at all and all the labour dreams I've had have been positive!
So yesterday I started my Daisy Birthing classes (fantastic!) And today I have my first ante natal class and BF work shop.
I'm sure I will walk away slightly shell shocked (4H of nhs classes doesn't seem much when NCT is a 5 week course!) So can anyone point me in the direction of good resources? I'm going to look at the NHS website a bit later, but its more the holistic side rather them medical side I'm interested in, ie breathing, active positions.
Thanks
Xx
