been moaning at OH that everytime I mention a name he is really nonchalant and non-responsive to me, last night he lost his temper and blurted out that he had ordered baby name book from the net and it hadn't arrived yet and that he wanted to surprise me and pick the names together from that, OOOOPSY

Well sort of - we have 2 boys and 2 girls names so far........ although one of the boys names will be one of its middle names anyway (our middle names are our grandads names on both sides) but were still debating girls middle names!!

Just an idea - When his book arrives - each have a seperate peice of paper and have to write down ten name you like.

Then you swap lists and have to tick 3 top names boy , and 3 top for girls from each list

Then compare and see if you have any matches

if you don't have a spooky moment where you have good matches, then both take it in turns to add a rating against each of the 6 top names lists , 1 being fav and 5 being least fav - do both lists and then see where you are ?

This ties him down to coming up with his own names rather than just poo,pooing yourss
