OMG - my ribs are killing me

I have been in pain for days now but it seems to be getting worse. I know LO has limited space now and is probably trying to stretch but the pain is horrid. Any suggestions please?

sometimes it feels like my LO is gonna crack my ribs! it's really uncomfortable, but not a constant ache like it was around 20-5 weeks, just certain bouts of pressure.

with pregnancy i was expecting hurt ribs all the time but i have only had it a couple of times and then its now even for very long, i suppose i am quiet tall and have a long body so prob have more room in there for bubs.
