I woke up with really aching hips. They hurt so much that I found it hard to sleep.

Anyway I have been getting period pain type back aches for the past hour or so!!

Do you suppose the baby is engaging or this is a stirring of something else?!

Could be or you could have something like SPD....thats how mine started painfull hips then it spread....but yeah it could also be the baby shuffling down xxxx

Yeah prob baby turning head down! They check this at your 34 week appointment (well they did at mine) so fingers crossed! Xx

Hope it's a short term thing and just from baby moving about or sitting funny.

Hopefully it means baby has shifted from breech position. Bump has droppe an changed shape. Will post pic soon.
