Belly cramp

Almost like dull period pains but it's there
Last night i kept feeling enormous pressure whenever i stood up
Today i'm realllly achey in my back an got period type ache just under my bump?
basicly just feels like period is coming now? really uncomfy
Would it just be him engaging or could it be something else?
he was 3/5 last tuesday

I've been feeling increased pressure too. I find sitting on my ball helps quite a bit.
