The company I work for is having a restructure and our jobs have been effected. My job (housing officer) has been split into 2 roles:- Tenancy Estate Officer (which I hate) and Rents Officer (which I love). Although my job was safe I had to apply for the one I wanted (or it would be chosen for me) but I wasnt guaranteed to get the post I wanted. Well.... I got the rents job I wanted! Wahhoooooooo. Im so happy
