well been back to docs after yesterday kinda killed me , ive had back pain for ages but this was unreal !

well , along with spd ive also got Sacroiliac Joint dysfunction !

cos my pelvis is unstable ( ive known this for years even before spd ) it has caused the joint in my lumba area to also move !

but i saw a loverly doc today who even got ont he floor to show me exercises ! instead of having to pay for a chiropractor to pop it back in ! and

ive got to buy a gym ball lol

so NO LIFTING :cheer: didnt get signed off , but hopefully have come to some agreement with work about the work i can do for the rest of the 6 weeks im left , and ive got to just see how it goes , doc warned me i may end up on crutches towards then end but what will be will be .

hopefully i can sleep tonight now

Wow, you are in the wars! :(

Glad you found out what it is though.

Will be back soon to chat xxx

oh, i have had that too, my sacroiliac joints have wedged out of place many times over the years!

If you know a good oesteo it is so simple to fix, a quick jolt and its done and the pain will be gone practically instantly

tbh i dont think it can be remedied by exercises alone, not if its proper slipped and stuck out of place

his told me to lay on the floor, knees together and to one side , hubby puts his and on my shoulder and the pushes on my back ?

but your right , i may look into an oesteo

wow, you must be in a lot of pain, poor you  I hope the exercises help you!

Ouch :(

Good that u know what it is now though

A girl I knew had this and was in crutches by the end of her pregnancy

OUCH!!! I hope the treatment worked ok?

It sounds awful, look after yourself....
