my OH is doing my head in!!

it's official he does not listen to me!

when we moved to the UK this time last year we had to give our dogs away, we moved back here to ireland and one of the people we gave one of our dogs to decided she couldn't keep her anymore and asked did we want her back, I told OH no coz we have a puppy and there is no way we'd have time for 2 dogs when LO comes along....
What did he do???? Arrived home today with the dog!!!:trouble:

I put my foot down and said no!! i asked a friend would he take the dog and he happily said yes (he's a real animal lover) and came and collected her.

Now OH wont speak to me, i love our old dog, but i'm thinking about baby
i could just about manage a baby and one dog...but 2 dogs deffo not!

have i been unreasonable?? i feel like i broke his heart!!

Thats men for you!

OH wants a dog when we move into the new house. He works long hours as it but insists that he will still have time to take it for a walk. I just pointed out to him that surely the spare time he has he will want to be spend with LO and not going back out the door to walk the dog. Ive won for now but I know it will be brought back up again at a later date.

Not at all my OH wants a dog but he works away a lot so it'll be me looking after it. I don't even like dogs THAT much.
Were not allowed them in our flat thankfully but I think if we were he might've fought for it more!

thanks girls, we just got a puppy i can't take on another dog!! i think he's coming round a bit now,

he's like a spoit child coz i got someone to take the dog!!

I wouldn't have got a new puppy with a baby on the way because i wouldn't be able to cope! Then again ive always had two dogs and find it better they keep each other occupied and i dont see the difference between walking one and walking two unles they are big dogs and would pull or something. But thats just me lol x
