I got married two weeks ago and retired my mirena coil three weeks ago. I briefly started the pill but came off after about 10 days as we decided to stop not trying rather than start trying.
We've both been very frisky lately and have been having sex up to three times a day since the wedding. I've now got really tender nipples and a slight metallic taste in my mouth. I'm not sure when my period would be due but probably any time now as my light flow ended around the day I got married and that would give me about a week to go before my cycle reasserted naturally. I am wondering if I could be pregnant or if it's just wishful thinking. I'm really crazy about getting pregnant right now so I know it could just be my mind playing tricks. Thing is though, I also felt a weird feeling in my uterine area yesterday that wasn't painful but was definitely weird. Any thoughts anyone? When could I take a test do you think?
