Anyone goig pra hunting, I want to go tomorrow as OH is offbt if is nice I think we will just do somehig with Jackson.

Hi all. I officially enter the second trimester today hope everyones pregnancies are going very well. I am due on 9th oct. What symptoms are you all experiencing in the 2nd tri? I hope my nausea wears out soon!

Still just tiredness and constant eating.

Its been the same for me except I was sick at 10w. Then back to normal.

Since being in tri2 I can be arsed to do my makeup now in the mornings

Hi Wilson i feel hungry all the time too! I really am trying to eat healthly but cant all the time. I lost 5 stone last year i dont want to put on a lot of weight now. I do go for long walks.

Do you still get nausea? Mine seems to have gotten worse since yesterday

I sometimes get a numb pain on the left side of my pelvis. Nothing on the right. I find this a bit strange as the ligaments should be expanding on all sides

You may need to snack every 2hrs to control your sickness first pregnancy it lasted till 18wks.

Ladies, I've been left feeling a little confused after my 12 week scan and booking in ( they were done together)

I was wondering did anyone come away with their notes? all I came away with was a print out of all of the filled in booking in questions and i'm not sure that is correct.

I have nothing in writing confirming Due date etc and was just a little confused as everyone seemed to be carrying notes! TBH the midwife that did my BA was really poor and I felt that she didn't really know what she was doing!

I got my notes at a midwife appointment at 6 weeks, then the booking in notes (typed) were added in at 8 weeks then the scan info at 13 weeks. I think you should have your notes by now.

Hi all i am 14 weeks and i don't have any notes. I had my booking appointment at 9 weeks and my first scan at 13 weeks last week

I had my notes in my BA at about 8weeks then I had to take them to my scan which the sonograph wrote notes in mine and inside was a letter saying my due date and that, by now you should have your notes as you need to write your families health inside. I would ring up and ask them x

Its usually the desk thats responsible for making up and handing the notes as you check in for your booking appt.

I got mine at 9w. Filled out all my medical and OHs medical history then we went through them together and she filled out what appts Id be due in for next and what scans Id be getting etc then we had a general chat and she did my bloods and that was me.

Was it maybe perhaps if you had your booking in and scan at your hospital? Most have their booking in with the community MW and they issue the notes but some book in at the hospital, the hospital have their own notes and you take yours to each appt they go to they fill in BP etc, so you should have them. They hold your health birth plan and even do as your post natal notes.

Id phone the community MW reception and explain when you came you werent issued with notes, have you to get these or have you been missed or theyv forgotten to be handed to you.

I cant remember who it was asking about the bounty pack - I checked through my folder last night and did have the wee slip that you fill in for your mum to be pack. OH works at ASDA so he handed mine in today and I got it back, it contains:

Tiny cute pot of sudocrem
Persil samples
Babywipe samples
Some graze vouchers and another healthy living voucher
Magazines and leaflets.

So whoever asked. If you dont have it Id ring the reception at your community mw or wherever you were issued your first bounty pack and mention there was things missing ie the bounty registration form and that youll need a new bounty pack or form for them. ORR you could maybe try online. Perhaps you can reg on there, there may be a voucher that you print and hand in. I think I did this with one of mine at sainsburys it was a print out and they had no clue what it was for. Very vague memory of that.

I am gonna start registering with cow and gate etc again as remember they sent free stuff too. Free advent bottle and Im sure emmas diary vouchers are really good.

Last time I just lied about babies due date so Id get it all in early but Ill do it properly this time as sometimes they dont send out the samples or freebies until your near due. Thats why I was surprised I got my mum to be today. They ask the due date so thought theyd wait. Not complaining.

Its a shame as they give all this stuff away for bottle feeding mums but never for breastfeeding mommas

I didn't know cow and gate done that, will have to do it. I signed up with pampers before and got a few nappies from them and £1 vouchers of nappies x
