*** October 2015 Mummies ***

Speaking of exercising.... I would like to start swimming 2x week and doing maternity yoga once a weak but I am currently soooooooo lazy :( Do you think it will be enough if I start after 20th week?

Starting any time is beneficial
any exercise is better than no exercise
well so long as its not totally new and likely to cause you injury of course!

I was wondering...
Some of you have mentioned starting to show already
Whats the average/normal/usual time to get a bump?
I mean... im fat anyway... but it'd be nice to look pregnant and not just a chub haha

swimming is a really good one to do because of how much pressure it takes from the weight of your stomach etc, and you can do as much or as little as you feel like, so you can build it up slowly. Also (if you're in the right pool of course!) it can be really relaxing and if you are feeling a bit stressed or achey and painy it's ideal.

I'm not showing yet, although I am bloating so much and so suddenly. its the fact that it disappears eventually that makes me realise it isn't bump yet, but if it does come soon I hope it doesn't come too much before I'm 13 and a half weeks as that's when I have my scan and I don't want to have to try and hide it when its obvious as I will be rubbish!

October mummies thread in tri 2 is up and running for those who are moving over before me. Please feel free to get the party started ;)

Hi MrsS yeah that's what I've tried, it will start uploading then the page goes completely blank, it's strange!

Anyone else got a really sore head?

Carrie I'm 13 weeks & pretty noticeably pregnant lol

Told my boss & work colleges today, that was nerve racking haha xx

How did it go telling your boss and colleagues? I'm planning on telling my boss this week, then my colleagues after the scan next Thurs. I hate being the centre of attention!

I caught hubby's bug, been up all night with head down the loo. Thankfully he's taken the day off to look after dd as I'm no good to anyone today! X

Ah man Shelly, fingers crossed I'm not the same! I'm so bad at hiding things! I'm suffering with headaches at the moment, it's been about a week now, and the headrush when I stand up is slowly becoming unbearable....

I told my Team Leader at work when I was 6 weeks, because I was feeling so awful and had some bleeding, so I thought I'd rather let her know then if anything were to happen or I needed some support she was aware. I haven't told any work colleagues yet, I'm going to wait until I've had the scan and I know everything is OK, purely because I don't want to jinx it and the gossip tendency in my office is through the roof!

First time bump popped quite late around 17-18 weeks. This time I'm around the same size already!
How's the nausea now?
I'm just getting odd bad days now. X

Still bad feeling 24/7
Even on tablets
Still losing weight
I see the midwife on Thursday, so I will see what she says then xx

Im a weirdo
I've got it in my head I have stomach cancer now

OK, so I've got some excess padding on my belly from before - and a lot of this is belly flab, BUT I am now officially unable to suck my tummy in! 12 weeks today, and this is getting ridiculous! If I didn't know there was only one in there I'd be suspecting twins

Just got a call from the hospital saying that they have lost my blood sample for Down screening and I have to come and give more blood! I am very, very annoyed at the moment!

Lovely bump Petchy. KHTW that is bloody frustrating for you.

Here is my scan pic, finally found a few mins to get it on here!
