I'm glad I haven't got to the point of actually being sick yet, not sure how I would cope with it!
I normally eat really healthily, salad for lunch and dinner, lots of chicken and plenty of fruit, but the only things I seem to be able to stomach at the moment are far from this!
There was a little bit of pork pie in the fridge last night, I bullied my OH in to eating half of it so I didn't shove it all in my mouth lol!
I am trying to be careful so I don't put on too much weight so am continuing with SW, but at the moment I'm starting to wonder whether its worth it right now?!
