Nuts

Hi all,

I have been reading lots of stuff thats for and against, and wondered what you guys feel about eating nuts while pregnant?

I am desperate to have some dry roasted nuts but anxious about whether I should or not?

No allergies, the only person in my family with eczema is my Brother. Think I will ask the midwife Monday.

I am reading a book at the moment, and in it, it says that if you have nuts during your pregnancy, your child is more than likely to grow up without an allergy. Rather than if you don't have them, then they may be born with an allergy to them.
Just not sure what to believe.
