nursing bra has clips so you can undo for breastfeeding

maternity/support bra are the same thing, no clips, theyre like sports bras...

and yeah id get them on ebay - have you seen how much they are in the shops
i got 2 from mothercare for £26. i need 2 more (different size) but there ent no way I'm spending another £26.

Ive just got one from little woods it was £16 but didnt realise it was the type with clips on &didnt really want to wear one of those yet, theres a bit of room in it so do you think this will do me for when im a little further on or do i send it back? Gunna get a couple of sports bras i think

I bought mine from ebay, I changed sizes loads while I was pregnant & in the early breastfeeding days so I would have spent a fortune if I'd bougt all my bras new.

I have a selection now ranging in size from 34D to 38F so that should see me through any future pregnancies!

The only problem I have with nursing bras is they're not particularly supportive at a time when you could do without saggy boobs! I went back to my underwires after about 3 months by which time I'd mastered breastfeeding discreetly even without the handy drop cups!

I can't think of a reason why I wouldn't buy them off ebay - well apart from not being able to try them on - they look good and a good price too.

Last week I tried some nursing bras in M&S, I thought they are the most supportive and comfortable ones I have found. I find nursing/maternity bras in general very uncomfortable and I don't feel any support at all and I have been avoiding them during my pregnancy but I thought I would need some after the birth for breastfeeding. I haven't bought them yet though, as I thought that my breasts might get bigger so am planning to buy them closer to/after the birth.

In the shop though they had them in white and pink as well, I think I will go for those, I liked them more.

Good luck with finding the ones that suit you, it really is a pain - I can't see why they make them so uncomfortable! :x

If they were new I would however I really need to try them on because I hate non wired bras - they don't give any support at all. Might have to pop into Marks & Spencers at sometime although I'm expecting another boob growth spurt soon! :( Just what I need.
