nursery wuestion?

[Me, My Girls & I]

Come Jan, both my girls will be in nursery and I'm torn what to do! We get the option of Mon/tues/weds morning or weds aft/thurs /Fri! K currently does the first half of the week! Dilemma is, what do I do with E? I spose the obvious thing to do is put her in the same days, but given how she is, I don't think its fair on K! atm they pretty much operate on the same level with the only difference being Ks fine motor skills are better and her behaviour is better!

Atm I think K really enjoys "her" time where she's on her own and I just worry that she's going to end up in her sisters shadow! As some of you know, Es rather far ahead with things and I just think come Jan, there's a chance she's going to start overtaking her! My sister was a fair bit younger than me and was on gifted and talented and I still felt a constant competition and I just don't want K feeling like that! Not that I'm saying Es going tl be g&t

Obvs I'm going to ask her teacher her advice, but I thought I'd get some opinions off here!

I'd probably be inclined to put them in opposite times. So if K is in mon, tues, wed mornings I'd put E in wed afternoon thurs fri. That way not only does K keep her time at nursery but she also gets 1-1 time with you. Ditto for E!

totally agree it means you can spend one on one time with each child which will be good for both children xx
