Nursery *warning picture heavy!*

I have somehow managed to snap out of my lazy mood and sort out all the niggly bits that have been waiting for me to sort out since i moved in. Including finishing off the nursery which i *LOVE*! The rooms quite a lot smaller than the one in the old house (but isn't covered in mould...so no contest really!) so all the stuff i bought had to be squeezed in lol! Anyway finished result (hope the pics aint too big ):

His £6 cot, £3 mobile and £8 bedding set (dont think the bumper is on right tho lol)!

Blue came running in sniffing everything all excited...he hasnt been in the room before, just longingly stares through the babygate!

I love this rug!

Lovely moses basket my grandma bought for me when i first found out i was pregnant (she wouldnt let me have it till i was 13 weeks)

The first thing i bought was this bouncer for 50p! Couldnt beleive it when i got the matching cot set...

A few pics on the wall including his scan pics as they were just sitting in a drawer

And lastly Teddy's teddys

I keep going in and looking at it with excitement/fear!

from the looks of it, i put jacks bumper on the same as you have and it was fine

Also were you get your lepoard print bag from...its wicked!

the only thing I would say with cot bumper is I would tuck it in behind the mattress, but then again when I had my lil one one mw told me tuck it in another said it was fine just hangin!

Got it from ebay, its actually from Primark tho. I saw it and wanted it and when i went back to buy it they had all sold out and werent getting anymore in paid about a fiver extra on ebay but its really big and fits looooads in! I will take the cot bumper off when LO goes in it, but at the moment i like it for decoration!

When i first got pregnant we hardly had any money so i bought most stuff from carboots! I bought this cot of a really nice guy on the carboot he was lovely and helped take it to the car while his wife minded the stall! I think i pretty much had everything by 6 months pregnant and almost all from carboots/ebay.

Wow your so frugal I love it!!! 6 for a cot - what a bargain! I'm hoping my nursery is finished soon so I can start getting stuff it just needs 1 more coat of paint and the carpet fitting. Have so far been given a moses basket and have picked up a few bits and pieces going to see a friend who has a cot bed for sale. Am planning on getting most of my stuff 2nd hand too apart from a car seat and pram - I don't think I'll be able to beat the prices you got your stuff for though!!! - Blue looks as though he approves!! xx

From a carboot and its an old set from about 2 years ago i think she said so i am not sure if its still made or not.
