Nursery ratios.....dropped! X

I'm over the moon at the decision to keep the ratio where it is! I was dragging my feet to return to work as I think the nurseries/child minders are stretched enough and I didn't think Ava would get the care she deserved if they raised it so I now have the job of finding the right nursery! X

it was such a stupid idea, ud have to have superpowers to look after 4 kids under 1year old!!!
