no not at all like you said plenty of time just wondered as never packed one really and had my last over 8 years ago so its like starting all over again.
throw away knickers are a great tip tho

I started mine last night, somebody wrote something on here about the bag so i just popped some stuff in my bag,

nowhere near all the items, but i thought no harm in starting..

i packed some wipes, baby vest and an all in one suit..

knickers... think i need a trip to asda for some big ones x

its so easy to get carried away, i brought so many things for the baby way to early but the excitement takes over, my fella wondered what had hit his bank balance.. i can officially say im prepared.. just lots of boy clothes to buy..

and ive got two more scans to go as i have a slightly high BMI so they just want to keep an eye on us.. so ill know 100% that im cooking a little boy x

He'll be a very femine boy hehe, im sure it will be a little girl.. i could see mine was a boy before he asked if i wanted to know.. it was very obvious xx

I'm due 15th November with my first, and I am woefully under-prepared and only just starting to get my act together with buying clothes etc!

My NCT classes start in 2 weeks time so looking forward to those but hope they don't show any videos of women in labour cos that will gross me out big time!

I have never been more excited!!

I am 29.... 30 next May... and have put babies off for so long for doing all the things I wanted to do. I have never felt more ready to be a mummy!! Also have been with my hubby for 14 years - so this is so special for us....

I watched Marley and Me last night though - probably a big mistake as seeing the baby cry constantly due to colic has scared me slightly! haha xx

Did you cry your eyes out at Marley and me? I did. Even though I've seen it twice before I still blubbed last night!

I feel just like you, I'm 28, will be 29 just after baby arrives. Been with my husband for 3 years, married nearly 2 years and he is the most gorgeous amazing best friend I could ever wish for whom I love more and more every day. I have travelled the world twice, worked in a job I could say was a dream and achieved many great things in a short space of time. We moved into our first home this April and now feels just about perfect timing to have a baby.

I did!!! And I have seen it a few times too!! But seeing the baby cry its eyes out just scared me!! I hope my baby isnt a screamer!! LOL

Life is good!! I met my hubby at the age of 11 - we met on our induction day at senior school and were best mates and in the same class for 5 years!! So I have known him for nearly 19 years now! WOW!! Just realised that myself! xx

We got married very young - 22 and have lived with each other since the age of 18!! Its nice to have this excitment in our lives... we did everything so young that its nice to look forward to this now!!

I'm due on the 5th November. I am working up until the 22nd October and feel like it is still yonks away before the baby arrives.

Have bought a few odd bits, but definitely not enough clothes yet. Will have to go on a mammoth baby shop! hehe!

im due on the 23rd according to the hosp m/w but mine at doctors think its the 21st, so sometime around then!!

im starting to worry now about the birth cos its getting closer, leaving work 3 wks b4 my due date, but hope the little one comes a little early but not too early,

its starting to all seam so real now its great!!

iv got lots of clothes, far to many infact, but also gona wash them all when start mat leave, just need a wardrobe / chest of drawers for the nursery n maybe a chair for me n then its all done,
