Not the best day ever....

I had an appointment with my Rheumatology assistant and basically all they can do for me is give me Methatrexate which I can't have because i'm trying to conceive.

I also had an ultrasound and shows no sign of baby but lots of tiny little cysts. .

So yeah...i'm just fed up...
