Not even OH is on my side

Must say I feel slightly better today! Only up 3 times and no hour/2 hour awake time from little mr. Apart from a sore tummy it was uneventful! He did get my up at 4.30 tho but I'll nap when he does this morning!

I think I'm lucky I'm a very stubborn person! I keep reminding him we have 4? Weeks left! We're only picking the high chair up this weekend.

Sarah he has read some of the BLW book and seems really on board with the idea so I'm fxing he'll stick by it and not get taken in by what people say.

We had another chat about weaning him last night and he used the, he's a big boy line on me but I calmly explained that people like the food and formula companies feed information to think that mums can feed their babies because they are big and I am 100% trusting that he's getting everything I need from my milk. I also reminded him if he was hungry he'd be screaming the house down not a happy chunk of a boy we have.

I agree when you say he's getting enough from you as hes not screaming all the time from hunger!!! My children are hungry children Thomas was weaned early as he was taking 9oz every 1 1/2 - 2hours!!! James is the same!!!

It would be really obvious if he was hungry. My bro & SIL were determined to wait till 6months, and my nephew was grabbing food everytime it got close enough. It was quite heartbreaking to see because it really did look like they werent listening to him!

If Tys a happy wee lad then there's no reason to think he needs anything more. Glad you're feeling better. Xxx

4 weeks will fly by as well. I had to remind people that he was a big boy because of my milk, Tyler is the same, I mean do they look starved! We started one week before 6 months so 25 weeks I guess as we wanted oh to be home to join in the fun. Bet your looking forward to starting now, I still find it amazing 2 months on!
