Max has been able to lift his head from birth, all the doctors were surprised but very impressed and im very happy that hes such a strong boy!

so anyway i just had him up on his changing station, as im leaving him out of nappies during the day (due to thrush) and i put him on his front and he turned himself completely over so he was back on his back!!!

is this normal??? i didnt think they could turn til about 3 months, its not a bad thing if he has just wondering if hes further along then he should be again :D

How old is he? My LO rolled for the first time at about 10 weeks, the day after her first jabs. They all progress at different stages. She still can't sit up properly yet but is trying to crawl!

Is he a skinny little guy? k managed to roll over twice at two weeks but hasn't done it since. Apparently it is much easier when they are skinny. If he's not, then he is just strong... Don't worry about it :)

hes over 10lbs ...

it could just be a one off though, but hey it made me excited either way haha :)

At this age its a reflex when they pull their legs up and their back curls with it James has done it a few times x

Albert's such a slob lol and hardly moves from his back, he'll occasionally roll onto his left side but that's it. He lays spread eagled which is not a pretty sight at no nappy time I must say

G has been able to lift her head from birth, as have most of the babies in my family.

At a couple of weeks old she rolled from back to from in bed - DH got a right rollicking cos I thought he'd put her to sleep like that - but apparently not. She's not done it again though.
