norethisterone question

hi my dr prescribed me norethisterone to stop af for internal exam . af was on 13th jan started taking tablets 19th jan stopped taking them 24th jan got another af 26th jan only lasted 3 days not heavy like normal . 1st feb got the ive been chewing a spoon taste in mouth which hasn't stopped keep getting really strong blasts of it . and this morning im real bad . im wondering if anyone else has had these tablets and got same symptoms?

i just realised im becoming a symptom spotter
ps: just ordered bulk buy sticks from ebay too

Why do they have to stop AF for an internal surely they just do it when your not on, or am I being thick!!!!

they gave me the tablets because i have really heavy af lasting up to 10 days at full flow and i have had just 4 days with no af before it has returned again so with me booking appointment i think they just wanted to make sure i didn't get 1 before exam .

i had m/c in july last year and (ss if tmi)af all over the place and loosing large clots the size of tennis balls up to 4 times a day . dr has found what she says is mass on or in womb could be fibroids or left over products and is booking me in for scan . i have not heard anything from hospital as yet

When did you see the dr ?, might be worth chasing him or the hosp x x x x

saw dr on the 21st said should hear in 3 weeks which is up tomorrow was going to check with them friday if not heard nothing by then . yes started been heavy at 1st af after but dr said everything ok as i had blood test done a few week after m/c and they said everything was ok

Its funny you mention this as i have suggested this to one of the girls on here
who is having a long cycle. I was given a tablet years back to stop Af due to long cycles
cant say if it was the same name as this i cant remember but it never made me vomit although
i think it made me feel a little sick but not vomit sick. Sorry couldnt be no more help
