No symptoms and been poorly

Hi girls
Well I am 6w 2days and I have no symptoms. I think(but not sure if it's psychological) that my boobs are a teensy bit tender and have grown slightly but other than that I have no symptoms. Last nyt as well I started getting really bad tummy ache...Like my ibs cramps and I had diarrhoea until this morning!! Iv no bleeding or any other pains and am so unbelievably paranoid. Iv never been pregnant before and no idea what to expect and what not too!! I still have a slightly off tummy now but a bit more settled and I'm drinking fluids so think I'm ok but it's horrid being worried especially when I don't feel any different than idid before

Symptoms are different in different ppl try not to worry x

I don't have many symptoms either and with some people pregnancy causes ibs so flare up a bit. I'm sure everything is ok x

I had bad diarrhoea at 6-7 weeks pregnant. I also had a period-like ache.
My boobs were sore and were starting to grow. I had no sickness or anything though.
At 7 weeks I was very tired. Falling asleep everywhere. Tiredness decreased at just past 8 weeks pregnant but then sickness kicked in. Now I feel sick every day but haven't been physically sick yet. Fingers crossed I'm not sick

when i went into hospital the other day because i was worried they said you usually get blood before cramps if you are m/c (not sure if that is actually true) but that is what the doc said so until you see lots of red blood try not to worry (pot calling the kettle black here!!) also, my symptoms come and go, i wouldn't worry about that too much xx

Thanks girls! Think it's my overactive imagination. But u can't help worrying when something so special happens!!! Gonna try n not think abt it and take each day as it comes!! X x
