No longer feel pregnant , symptoms disappearing

Hi , I'm roughly just over 8 weeks pregnant and I no longer have symptoms . I had nausea where I was sick and just felt rough and sore boobs but this past week I've had nothing ? Has this happened to anyone else and everything was still ok? There was a heartbeat at 6 weeks.
I'm probably worrying over nothing , thanks for reading xx

My symptoms have totally disappeared at times and the only thing I have now is nausea during the day. My boobs haven't been sore in weeks and don't appear to have grown at all since the first sprout! I too have had a scan to confirm everything's ok. I'm sure it's nothing and your symptoms will be back with a vengeance soon ha ha x

Hiya try not to worry easier said than done but symptoms come and go all the time chances are you will wake tomorrow feeling awful xx

I feel very much the same, i'm 10 weeks... I never had loads of symptoms to start with but I had sore boobs and quite a few episodes of nausea around 5-6-7 weeks. But for the last couple of weeks I feel totally normal and my boobs no longer hurt. It's worrying when it happens but I'm sure I read somewhere that the placenta starts to do more around 8 weeks so symptoms can lessen. So I'm trying to think that's what's happening. It's such a long wait in tri 1 isnt it! Xx

Thanks ladies , it's mad how I wish to feel sick just so I know everything's okay or I can at least think it haha , I'm sure all is fine I'm just panicking I hate the waiting for each scan , I have my first midwife appointment on Thursday too xx

I was wishing to feel sick last night too then about an hour after I poster I came down with the winter vomiting bug! (definitely a bug not morning sickness, as my son's had it this weekend so I've caught it off him). I feel HORRENDOUS and it's made me grateful for no pregnancy symptoms (as long as baby's okay of course ). It's such a long wait isn't it? Good luck with your MW appt xx

I lost most of my symptoms at 8 weeks (all except sore boobs) for a about a week then they came back full force from 9.3 to 12 weeks. Had my scan last week and all ok.
mention it to the midwife at your appointment and I'm sure she will reassure you.

I'm 9+4 and my symptoms disappeared around 8+6, so I went for an early scan (paid for it!) and baby was there absolutely fine and with a heartbeat! The lady who scanned me said it is normal for symptoms to come and go! Generally if you're not in pain or bleeding they don't tend to worry. If you're really worried though, definitely speak to your midwife and hopefully she can reassure you! X

I had a miscarriage previous to this pregnancy and it was was almost instant with everything, as soon as the symptoms stopped I had extreme pain/cramps but this time has been totaly different.

This time it eased end of week 7 but I must of had a hormone rush at 8 weeks cause I was terrible, wretching, nausea and pains in my boobs and now this week its calmed down again.

It's really frightening at these times, as long as you're not in extreme pain or bleeding everything is fine x

After last time I was a wreck worrying and then I saw a midwife 2 weeks ago and I just relaxed. It's natural to worry a little, I'd rather be nauseous constantly which is crazy lol but reassuring so I know how you feel

My nausea isnt so bad today but I struggle to keep down meals which is making me feel really weak. Ill be so glad when I can eat properly.
