No heart beat 5w 6d

Has anyone else had a scan at this point in their pregnancy to not see a heartbeat? I keep reading threads but most don't have any outcome, if anybody could share their experience it would be great x

I wouldn't expect to see a heartbeat until after six weeks hun.

They say it's hard to see a heartbeat before 6 weeks so try to stay posiive. Are you going to get another scan?

I'm 6 weeks today and off for a scan due to some pain I've been having. I'm not expecting to see a heartbeat. It's a bit early.
Don't panic yourself. It's only technically been 4 weeks since you started growing little junior. Give it a chance to get going

Abit earlier Hun I had a scan around 5 weeks with first pregnancy and was no heartbeat, I went back a week later and saw heartbeat at 6w5d, defo abit early so don't worry x

I had a scan at 5+6 and i couldnt even see the baby.
Just sac and yolk sac!.

That yolk sac is now 2yrs old btw



Top pick 5+6 then went back 2 weeks later and he then measured 8+3!!!

Awwww chrissi my first scan is next Friday aswell I'll be nearly 7 weeks and hoping to see something xx

This was my scan at 5weeks & 4 days it's just the get sac & yolk sac.. But I went back 2weeks later & there he was!!

This picture shows 5+4 then next to it is 7+4 then bottom left is 9+4 & bottom right is 12+4!!

Hello sweetie. I had an early scan ehich estimated me at 6+4, and rven then we could only make out a slight flicker on the screen. Please try and not worry. At this stage a baby is literslly the size of a poppy seed. Xxx

I had a scan at 5+6 and there was no heartbeat and the baby ( or whatever they measured was only 2mm ) but they said everything was fine and didn't offer me anothe scan.


I have a private scan on Friday when I will be 8 weeks.
