Nipples feeling sore again

Ok I have exclusively breast feed my LO for over 14 wks now, and was finding it reeally easy nipples not sore at all.....
until now... they are both feeling sore again!! And look kind of dark purple.

Anyone else experience this??

Is it because LO has started teething and hard gums biting down more or is just they are better at feeding and sucking harder????

I rememberd having This with ds1 last time and think it only lasted a week but poss due to hormonal changes
