Sorry for so many bad nights ladies! ;-( we had a good night for once!! He slept 9:30 -2:30, fed for just half hour then back down till 8 this morning! Woohoo! I've got a bloody sore throat though so didnt sleep brilliantly anyway! Typical. Xxx

Well, my crap night had extended into a crap day E has been so whiney and fussy all day. I'm trying to get her to nap in her cot as I've fallen into the trap of taking her out in the pram to fall asleep. Has anyone got any helpful advice? At the moment, I put her down in a semi darkened room with her nightlight that plays sounds of the waves and her special cuddly cat. Sometimes she lies there fine, sometimes she kicks up a fuss straight away. I basically keep coming back to her to settle her without taking her out of the cot but if she starts crying, then I take her out, play with her, wait for the next yawn, then start again. The only thing this has achieved is that it's feeding time, she has missed a nap and is falling asleep on the boob. Has anyone got any helpful ideas?

Jack normally goes down about 8/9pm but tonight he's been asleep since 6pm!! Think it might be a long night! X

Harrison went down at 8.30 after a big bot bot & some booby, but he's been very whiney & grunty since, won't settle but isn't crying so I'm leaving him :/ hoping he settles soon x

Well been up nearly 24 hrs an dosnt look like I'm goin to bed anytime soon

Henry has been cluster feeding pretty much all day since 9am...managed a 40 min nap when we came up to bed which was the longest all day. Really hope he sleeps soon
