We have just starting to TTC been having a look at all your post and wanted to say hi.

Have you any good ideas for me I have been on the pill for 10years but I am hoping it won't have to much of an effect.

Hiya sweetie

welcome to the site and the TTC section.... I was on the pill on and off from being 15 and came off it recently (march this year) TTC our first, im now 28 and my cycle's seem to have come back to a constant cycle so im pleased with that....... Best advice I can give you get yourself a TTC ticker so you can see where about in your cycle you are going to ovulate... and lots of baby dancing

Hi L and welcome!
We are a friendly bunch in ttc (if not a bit mad at times too!!) always some of us around ready to dish out the when needed!!

I am currently trying to concieve no 2. I have got a boy who is 6 & 1/2 and just to let you know that when i fell pregnant with him i had been on the pill for 10 years like you. i came off the pill in the feb and waited to have a bleed before trying. Had af in the march and was pregnant the following month (oh was expecting a lot more practising )

This time round after being off the pill for over a year, i am now starting month 3 of ttc. I am 33 now and think this may be why it is taking a bit longer but i just love the fact that i have got this website and other girls on here to chat to, who are going through all the same emotional ups and downs as i am.

Hope you're not here too long! I was on the pill for about 14 years and I haven't gone straight back into a normal cycle so it's worth keeping a diary from the day you come off the pill so you can try and work out your cycles, especially if they're a bit random like mine!
