Newbie - short period question

Hi, this will be my first month of ttc! I'm 24, hubby 28, married a year past in November. I'm due to ovulate on Xmas day so fingers crossed! Just wanted to ask a quick question, I have a very regular cycle 28/29 days and havnt been using any pill for about 3 years. My period only lasts 2 days max and am just wondering if this is ok?? Any opinions would be welcome!

Yes hun of course that is ok. Every1 is diff with periods.
Some mths mine are 3/4days some mths 5/7 days! Grrrrrr.

Sounds like u got a great cycle if its regular every month. Mine is mostly guess work! Lol.
Least u know where u stand str8 away with trying to weigh up wat days u prob ov.
Plus not bein on pill means hasnt messed up anything.
Alot of us come off pill and find it can take 3/6mths for our cycles to settle agen start ovulating regularly.
Which is muchly annoying wen yer just wanna get going!!!

I hope its ok as im the same.
Since coming off the pill a year ago my periods returned straight away and have been regular since 29/30 days but are pretty light and only last 2 days with a 3rd day of spotting.

Tinkerbell!! I am do glad to hear this! How are u getting on? I'm a complete novice and will officially be ttc on my jan cycle, am waiting on one step opks and folic acid from amazon so going to do a trial run with the opks thus month and see how I go!! Good luck to u! Xx

We've been trying for a year now (on my 13th cycle) and just had our first appoint with a FS a couple of weeks ago and been sent for some tests.
Please don't let this worry you though with the short cycles as it's likely down to my illness.
Wishing you lots of luck and hopefully you won't wait long for your BFP and will be having a 2012 baby x

I only bleed for 2 days max. I vary between 32 to 35 days since coming off the pill in May. Even before being on the pill I think it was about 3-4 days max.
we must empty quickly lol
