New to this

Hi, i have just joined the forum, i bought ovulation tests yesterday for the first and tried using it today, i have PCOS so i know they say they might not be accurate having it. My cycle is usualy around 32 to 36 days, today is day 19 and got this result...as its my first im not totally sure what to think, does this look positive? Thanks xx (this is the same test but in different light)

Thank you i feel like its too good to be true though as thats my first go, but i will definitely use it as a good ahead and hope our luck is in this month thank you xx
