what do all the different types of cm mean? and when in your cycle should you get each one? cos i seem to go thru them really fast tmi sorry

at your fertile time your discharge or cm is usually the consistency of egg white ew or watery,i think sticky is on border line.someone correct me if im wrong

i woke up at 5 this morn took my temp (36.4) went to the loo n got a drink checked on ryan then went back to bed til 7, took my temp again when i was getting up at 7 n it was 36.2 which one do i put in the chart?

id say use the five o'clock temp as your supposed to have at least 3 hrs sleep before you take

Yep looking good Lyn!!


CM ... it is meant to go in this order (ish)

AF - Dry (not fertile) - Sticky (probably not fertile) - Creamy (could be fertile?) - Watery (Fertile) - Egg White (very fertile) .... (except I never seem to get EW!!?) ....

This site shows a little more about it and I've found it helpful!

Lyn .. what time do you normally wake up and take your temp? And yes .. as Loulou said .. you are meant to have at least 3 soild hours of sleep before taking your temp ... when I've had the odd day when I've had to take my temp at an odd time I've used the Temperature Corrector ... (in Data) ... But you're not meant to use that too much!

normally i take my temp at 6am everyday but because of wakin before that then sleepin thru i thought i should take both and see the difference, maybe i should i go for a middle temp like 36.3?

Yeah. .. I've used an average a few times before ....sounds like a plan!!

well my chart said i'v had a triphasic pattern whatever the heck that means but sounds promisin??

i've been well worried the last few days that me puttin my heatin cos of the cold has caused my BBT to rise so i turned it off last night to check, n i still got the same temp

n my weird dreams have started but i dont know if im willin to happen cos of how bad i wanna be pg lol

how many days til you test bec?

triphasic pattern is an even better sign,how long is your norm cycle lyn,a lot of people sometimes get a bfp now,not always though so if you did test dont be disheartened

it normally takes me a few wks to get a positive even when i know im pg so dont wanna waste too much money just yet, am itchin to know tho lol
