Don't know if it's classed as nesting but I had the urge to start sorting and tidying the house yesterday. I think what prompted it was turning the page on the calendar and realising that August is getting nearer so I making a pile a crap to go to the tip on Monday and will then start cleaning carpets etc.

Hubby decorated a few weeks ago so everything is looking clean and nice.

I don't want to leave it all to late as I might struggle when I get to big.

I've got so much stuff that I really have no use for and don't know what to do with it. It's too good to throw so I think a pile for the charity shop will have to be made also. My mum keeps winding me up that people are going to give us HUGE teddy bears when baby is born, I have a really small house :( .

i wish! lol

Keep putting off clearign out the nursery which is currently the junk room, although DH doesnt think its junk :wall: think our loft will be gobbling it up!

Must admit never really been bothered with the state of decoration etc in the house until now, we've always been to busy enjoying ourselves and thought we'd get round to it one day so now its more a case of damage limitation and giving it all a good clean

The nursery will be the nicest room in the house :D

My DH has gone into major nesting mode..... he works all day, gets home and cooks my tea if I'm feeling rotten and then he's either out in the garden or painting and decorating in the house. He's actually getting quite annoying because he won't every sit down!!!!

Meanwhile...my pregnancy 'tiredness' means that I can't help him and I've just got to sit watching TV and eating....

Argoooos just rung to arrange delivery of cot etc. It's all coming Wednesday so got to clear out spare room over the weekend and then I can officially call it Connie's room :cheer:

Hazel fancy coming round to do your nesting at my house love......lol

LOL

I've got enough work with my place.

My poor hubby, I've always been bossy but I've turned into a bit of a cleaning monster today. He's upstairs as I write this with the hoover :rotfl: .

I've been clearing the spare room out too. I'm taking it slowly because I'm sure I'll still be able to do stuff once I'm off work as I'm leaving at 29 weeks.

It makes me feel all homely and content just starting anything to do with it :)

Chrissy my OH is nesting crazy, he cooks, cleans and doesn't let me lift a finger :D I am very lucky :)

Hazel, I insist once you've finished nesting at MissSara's you come round and start on my place ;)
