nervous off to midwife this morning

Guess i am just nervous becos all has?been quiet since my scan at 11 +4 and have got into a state that all will not be well not sure what to exect from todays appointment tho

they go trough your resoults of blood test and and take your urine sample. Also i was lucky they listened to the babys heartbeat but they dont do that everywhere at 16weeks app. as it can be hard to find. Dont worry its all good.. XX

Dont worry it will be fine. They usually get the doppler out and have a listen to baby's heartbeat so that will put your mind at rest.

I've got my 25w MW appointment today and couldnt find my sample bottle this morning, hope i dont get told off!

isnt it VERY long between 16 and 25 weeks? feels like ages i saw midwife!! yet another month to i see her again..

I didn't see the point in my 16 week appt x had no bloods taken, wasn't weighed and she only checked my urine. I won't see my mw until I'm 28 weeks now and gosh I'm glad! My mw won't listen to heartbeat until 30+ weeks (pointless!) x

Isobel84 - yeah its a big gap isnt it! I've got another one at 28wks aparently, which is a bit weird??? maybe it's because it is my first? I dunno :S

awwww sweetie, don't worry... I didn't see my MW till i was 28 weeks!! (yesterday) She told me I should of seen her at 16 & 26 weeks! Whoops! She was really nice about it though........ just explained no one told me!! My mw is soooooo lovely...I didn't have a urine sample and she said it was ok - just make sure I bring one next time!! Try not to worry (I know its hard not too)

Isn't it strange that even tho a 'quiet pregnancy' is a fabulous thing to have, it scares us half to death??
