Needing a wee all the time!

For about a week now I've been feeling like I need a wee all the time but when I go to the toilet, nothing.

Got some antibiotics which finish tomorrow but they don't seem to have done much.

Could this be related to my pelvic floor being ruined after labour...?

Not sure but was going to pot simular question.
I feel like i need the loo all the time too, and feel like i can not hardly hold on. Been doing pelvic floor exercises and thing did seem to improve but gone backwards this week / 10 days.
Also when i need to empty bowls or blade i have to do it very quickly in fear of having an accident.
Due my 6 week check up next week so will ask.

I'm exactly the same with the sudden need to empty both bladder and bowels. I don't like to be too far from the toilet just in case I have an accident. Must be a pelvic floor thing....

Let me know what they say at your 6 week check - mines not for a couple of weeks.
