Need to rant

OH didnt get into the training course he applied for, he told them he was genuine and really wanted to get back into work but they still wouldnt take him.
Wtf is he supposed to do ? he cant get into work for lack of training and experience but he cant get experience or training cause noone will take him in the first place!!!!

FFS its hopeless!!!!
I hate when i'm looking for a job and they all want like 6 months experience or blah blah blah.... its like "how am i supposed to get the experience you all want if none of you will take me on without the experience"

Its f***ing stupid!!!

I mean, he's trying yet they still won't instead they'll take on some ned, who won't turn up half the time, miss most of the training, somehow fluke their way through the test, then never work again?!!??

I mean WTF!!!!
