At last!!!!!!

Quick background-the week we found out we were expecting my OH got fired. He'd been working as an electricians mate for 12 months. His boss had told him he'd get qualified as a spark whilst working with him which was a complete lie! When we started really pushing for training he fired my OH for absolutely no reason by text message! For the last few months he's been trying to get into training as he really really loved working in the trade. We hit so many brick walls we were beginning to give up hope but then we got told yesterday that he'd been accepted for a course!!!!! Yes!!!!!! It feels like the first step forward! It's going to be tough for a bit but it'll be worth it in the end and the course is flexible so he's still looking for a job to help out too!!! I'm so excited and happy!

sounds like things are on the up hope he finds a job soon, i would ring acas for advise, about the boss firing him it sounds really unfair. x
