need some help... last bit of hope...

I don't know why but I am bleeding and I woke and thought I cant be losing this baby I just cannot...

The hospital today said that because one of my hormone levels is so low for someone who is six weeks preggo they cannot scan but there must be a way to get me a scan to tell for sure!!

Im going to talk with my doctor this evening and basically tell him whats happened and beg him, but has anyone else had the same thing where they have been pregnant and had a low hormone level? I think my hcg is fine I think its estrogen that tested low, sorry to go on about this but after today im determined to get something done!

i had a scan in last prgncy at six weeks and they could see everything including a very very strong heartbeat it had to be an internal scan though but theydid warn me that they might not be able to see anything but luckily i did and i was 6weeks and 2 days

in other words i would stand ur ground and beg for a scan - hopefully u will be lucky like me and get ur mind put at rest

I would stamp my feet and cry and generally have a little tantrum and refuse to leave until something is done. Sometimes extreme works when being polite and patient doesnt.

Something this important you want to feel absolutely everything was done to help you

I think they should give you a scan for sure...

I would have thought they would need to see what is going on inside, they shouldn't just rely on the hcg...
