Go to your local British heart foundation they normally sell them for £45! And you can pay £15 delivery. But if you tell them you only have £50 on you they normally let you get away with it :)

I got one from Argos recently, £100 less than it was anywhere else! It's a Busch and holds 8kg which I excellent for how much washing I seem to do these days!

I've always had a hotpoint.
Also best piece of advice my MIL ever gave me, insure your washing machine :)
Mine is insured and they will come out to repair within a couple of days and replace it like for like if they can't fix it

We've got Beko. Works good Xx

Tapatalking :-D Can't see tickers...

If you can afford it, I'd recommend a Bosch x my parents have had two Bosch machines in 21 years, they've lasted ages x

The broken one is a Beko (and I am sure we had a Beko before that! So no more Beko's LOL)

We may well have to invest in something a bit more pricey as we can't live without a washing machine and I will def insure this one.

Our Indesit died just before Xmas, I bought a Bush washing machine. It was £349 down to £199 in the January sale.

We have Samsung and i am happy with it. Miele is supposed to be the best but seemed too pricey.
We got one that has 8 kg load.

Tapatalking so cant see signatures

Mine's a hoover managed to get on offer about £200 off. 8kg load and 1800 spin cycle :) def worth getting covered, this is our fourth in 5 1/2 years.

Already had them out to it once.

I've heard Bosch are good but I can't find any in my price range that will do the job my current machine does (current machine is 7kg and 1600rpm - although as it is not working it's not much use at all regardless of specification!)

I am looking at a Samsung one BUT not entirely sure?

Our Samsung is 2 y o and touch wood but its probably a good idea to take out insurance.

I was looking the other day and there's a Samsung one on John Lewis with free extra 3 years' guarantee. Plus the 2 years guarantee that you get with all John Lewis stuff. Seemed good to me so might be worth a look

OH worked for comet before they went bust - he says the best brands for washing machines are Bosch, Samsung and Panasonic.

Hotpoint and indesit are cheap made and are a hit or miss.

Meile are waaay too expensive for what you get :)
