Someone got me that! I have no idea how to use it or what to do with it lol. Any yummy recipes??
What do you all cook with that?

Do you mean like slow cooker? I just throw in slab of meat, seasoning and leave it alone. The result is always good. You can of course stews there too which come out yummy

I have no idea what it is lol. Is sth that you plug in has a ceramic pot as 3 settings low, high an keep warm?

Is that a slow cooker? I don't know how to use that either lol

Sounds like slow cooker. You can google lots of recipes. I dont put water in esp if its pork, if its leand beef though, I would put a bit of oil in. I have non-stick multicooker which has slow cooking programme.
If its stew, I would add water/stock of course.
I normally brown the meat a bit, stew for a bit and add all the veg and leave but you can put things at the same time - depends on the meat too. Great for when you go to work ie chuck stuff in inthe morning and come home to cooked dinner.
The beauty of my multicooker is it automatically keeps warm when the cooking programme has ended

Thank you Knop. I had no idea that there are specific recipes for that. I am going to google it now.
Hopefully it will be useful as with Amelie I don't have much time. For cooking.

A silly question but do I need to stir the food?

Hey hope just put stuff jn an leave it simple as that great for stews chilli joints of meat currys

 fapatalking

I literally do anything that u wud cook in a saucepan in it! We have butter chicken in at the moment! Yummy!
Xxx

How do I know when it's done? The instructions say to not open the lead because it looses fast heat.
Does that mean that I can't stir or check it if its done?
Buttered checked you say!!
Do you just season but butter and chicken and that's all??

Butter chicken is a type of mild curry with butter making up the sauce alongside stock and spices!! I do stir every now and then just to check on it but dont do it too often as it does loose heat every time you do it, I often find I need to cook my food on high with the lid off at the very end so that you get a thicker sauce!
