need advice !

PS I went to hopsital inthe night with chest pains before (not inpregnancy) and had to have an ECG but cos I went in the night I didnt have a bra on, was so embarrasing as I had to lie there top off while this girl around my age stuck stickers all over my chest. She tried to ease the embarrasement by making a joke about how my breasts were not like the old dears she normally has to sticker up with no bra. I just felt awkward cos she was admiring my breasts!

Moral of the story, wear a bra to your appointment!

From what I remember you have to take your bra off anyway, especially if it has wiring

I had to take my bra off lol I felt like a right melon with me swollen chebs hanging out but hey ho, gotta do what you gotta do The doc is going to ring later with the results but i think they will be ok as my ticker was quite calm at the time. They have just reittereated that i must go to casualty if it happens again xx

Well thats a relief, I think if they'd seen anything urgent they wouldve reacted immediately. Glad you're feeling better. Fingers crossed it was a one off and you'll have a heathly pregnancy from now on. x

Thank you Yeah they took bloods, i was due my thyroid to be tested anyway so killed 2 birds with one stone. the racing heart could be due to too much thyroxine xx

The thyroid is a b*gger

I had to go on beta blockers at a stage to get my heart rate under control

Its just so hard to get the dose right isn't it. Over active is way worse than under tho, i suppose i'm lucky thats its underactive xx

She had to put the little sticker things right under me chebs, she had to lift them up and everything They are not the pert 'cherry pies' they once were.

I haven't had a pounding episode today so far so its looking good up to now xx

i have only just read this too hope everything come back ok i wouldnt worry about having your baps out when i had my two babs in hosp i had them out breastfeeding and walking around asda breastfeeding lol you seen one boob ya seen em all and im sure the nurse/doc didnt take any notice im sure she sees loads everyday x x x
