Has anyone had this??

Yesterday and today i've been getting this feeling, you know where you can suddenly feel your heart thumping thru your body, well its like that but at the same time its like little electric shocks all across the base of my back, in rhythm to my heartbeat. Only last about 20/30 seconds but its so annoying. I just wondered if anyone has had this or if it could be a trapped nerve or something?

any ideas???

I had that - like a really heavy pulsing that is almost sore? I put it down to the fact that I had so many extra pints of blood circulating around my system. I think I got it more when I got up quickly or did something a bit strenuous.

yes I'm still having it now. it's unconfortable, all of a sudden my heart starts to beat really fast and I get hot

its because you have sooo much blood pumping round you that sometimes your heart has to catch up if your blood pressure drops a little..if you get it try and rest..and sit quietly untill it goes bk to normal
