need a thread deleted

Hi, I posted a thread 11 years ago under birth announcements with my child's full name on it, and DOB. i really need these details deleted as a matter of urgency. I have deleted the post, but the thread title is still his full name. Please can you remove either the entire thread, or simply delete the thread title and replace with something else. This is the thread. Many thanks
