Natures Nest baby bed

Has anybody heard of/used Natures Nest baby bed? I've read many positive things about it and it sounds very tempting but don't actually know anybody who tried it. It sounds very tempting but I want second opinion(s)!

my friend has one and it's all her 3 month old daughter has slept in, they take it to relatives when they visit.
I haven't actually seen her in it but they are very happy with it!
