Natural progesterone cream?

Hi everyone!

I'm not sure where's best to post this so hope here is ok.

I'm wondering if anyone has any experiences with natural progesterone cream after multiple mcs?

My signature is out of date but I think I may be pregnant again (bfp on ics but I won't believe it until I see it on a better test, hopefully tomorrow am) and after 2 miscarriages and a chemical in the three years we've been ttc our first, I've decided to buy some to see if it makes any difference but I have no idea how to use it, if it will work and if there are any risks?

Any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Amie, I've been using Emerita progesterone cream for 2 cycles now, I start it the day after a positive opk, then you stop it a day before expected period only if you are NOT pregnant. If you are pregnant you can carry on with it right up until birth. My progesterone is borderline low and I had a chemical last September so I'm using it as a top up. I use 1/8 teaspoon, or big pea size amount morning and evening. My god I don't half sleep well on it but it gives me the most crazy vivid dreams. If you need any help or advice on it give me a shout. xx
