Nappy Rash

Hi,

the poor lad has nappy rash . I think it was sweet potato that triggered it. What's the best thing that you've found for it? I've spread Sudocream on it this evening and will use Zinc and Castor as a barrier but is there better stuff? I'm letting him have a nudey kick about for about half an hour every evening but perhaps I should give him more than that?

Sudocream seems to be the magic cream in our house, sorted out Ella's neck really well.

there is a real strong cream does wonders for nappy rash its an ointment, diors nappy rash was real bad once all lil blisters the chemist told me its the best stuff its yellow cream the next day it was completely gone, and i swear by salt baths

the first sign of nappy rash Dior has a salt bath then the cream then its gone next morning
