Something I found helpful when I needed to loose weight was I made meals and froze them for those lazy days or lack of motivation days. Prep veg and freeze them in portion sizes. If you like smoothies, make smoothie mixes and freeze them. Have low sugar and salt beans, DONT eat Marge have butter it is actually better for you, just try and use less if possible. Goats cheese is a better alternative to cows cheese and remember it's all in moderation, don't stop yourself from eating everything you like, change your lifestyle don't diet...does that make sense? The food you are eating looks really really good and the variation is the key. Well done you plus are you exercising!

Are you surprised by how much you can eat? I can't believe how many carbs are free foods! First half of last week I was thinking no way is this going to work!! I'm eating too much. But I lost 3lbs last week! I need to start trying new recipes etc and make it interesting! I'm loving new potatoes fried in a bit of fry light and I love sweet pot wedges! Are you finding it ok? Xxx

I cooked the chicken nuggets the other day with sw chips and beans and was super tasty !
I really do like it , going to do home made Turkey burgers and probably sw chips for tonights dinner
