So..... Here goes
Need to lose weight to get our ivf referral
Getting married in 16 weeks also so lots to aim for

Thought I would try and do it in picture proof :-)
 
Oh how fantastic, what a motivational way of doing it.

Mind me asking, how much you wanting to loose?

Thanks Hon I've got to find a way that I stick to !

I Want to loose 3-4 stone my first goal for the referral is 12lbs x
 
Btw...remember to drink lots of water, it's a hunger suppressant :)
 
Ok, you can do that.

Something I found helpful when I needed to loose weight was I made meals and froze them for those lazy days or lack of motivation days. Prep veg and freeze them in portion sizes. If you like smoothies, make smoothie mixes and freeze them. Have low sugar and salt beans, DONT eat Marge have butter it is actually better for you, just try and use less if possible. Goats cheese is a better alternative to cows cheese and remember it's all in moderation, don't stop yourself from eating everything you like, change your lifestyle don't diet...does that make sense? The food you are eating looks really really good and the variation is the key. Well done you :) plus are you exercising!

We changed from marg to butter a while back & use so much less now !
Makes a lot of sense indeed :-)
I'm off to the gym after work tonight and have started the c2 5k app so fingers crossed it all helps ! :-) x
 
Oh I have been freezing slices of lemon and lime which are fab to make water a bit more interesting too
 
I'm right in thinking SW is slimming world? I started last week! I wasn't convinced it was going to work but it does!!!!! Sorry if I'm completely wrong. But good luck!!! Xxx

Are you surprised by how much you can eat? I can't believe how many carbs are free foods! First half of last week I was thinking no way is this going to work!! I'm eating too much. But I lost 3lbs last week! I need to start trying new recipes etc and make it interesting! I'm loving new potatoes fried in a bit of fry light and I love sweet pot wedges! Are you finding it ok? Xxx
 
I know it's crazy isn't it ! I still get nervous with carbs ! Lol
I cooked the chicken nuggets the other day with sw chips and beans and was super tasty !
I really do like it , going to do home made Turkey burgers and probably sw chips for tonights dinner :-)
 
I'm trying to stay away from bread though and have alternatives for healthy extras
 
Yay, just weighed in

After 4 weeks off SW last weekend I had put on 3lbs

This morning's weigh in and I've lost 3.5 yay ! X
 
Ok *warning* these next few pictures show naughty foods lol
Had a cheeky day off after weigh in
But did start day one of my 30day shred :-)
