My poor toe :-(

I trod on my hair straighteners while they were turned on . My big toe really hurts. They got wedged on my toe where they narrow and I couldn't get them unwedged quick enough and I was naked at the time so glad no one saw me as I must have looked a right pratt . I went to the gym after but my toe hurt to much so I only did 10 minutes on the bike as I couldn't walk on the treadmill so must have looked stupid only being there for 15 minutes

It's better today . Can put my shoe on again. I broke the toe on my other foot last month. I'm so clumsy, it's always the toes .

I was always told not to put sudocreme on burns can't think why but friend did it and went to hospital and got told off for doing it - i think it may have been that it doesn't allow it to cool down


Poor toe though! hopefuly it clears up soon
